What is 24K Gold?
As we know earlier, 18k gold are made up of 75% of gold and 25% of other metals. Meanwhile 24k gold are made up of 99% to 100% gold which make it much more expensive than 18k gold. It is also known as the purest rating gold. Due to the pureness, 24k gold is very soft and can be easily bent so, it is not very suitable if you want to wear it regularly.
What is 24K Gold Plated?
All plated gold are basically using the same method which is electro-chemical process. We, CELOVIS guarantee our products are coated with three layers and thus makes our products last longer.
How is the Process?
Step 1 – Surface Preparation
Step 2 – Cleaning
Step 3 – Rinse
Step 4 – Strike
Step 5 – Rinse again
Step 6 – Base coat
Step 7 – Final coating
Step 8 – Final rinse
Step 9 – Drying
Step 10 – Repeat all the steps above (if necessary）
