Returns & Exchange
Please take note that we will only accept these below return/exchange reasons:
(1) Incorrect Size
(2) Incorrect Item Sent
(3) Manufacturer Defect Item
Due to hygiene reason, we do not do any returns and refund for earrings. You have  calendar days to exchange defect and wrong item sent from the date you received it. Items that claimed as defect after  days from the date received will be considered as human-caused defect. We will not bear this loss.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
** Items which discount up to 35% cannot be refunded
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging your item unless is seller's problems (wrong item sent and manufacturer defect)
Please take note that we don't provide refund.
