How long does delivery take?

For Standard Shipping/ International Shipping: 

  • Delivery within West Malaysia will take approximately 2 - 5 working days.
  • Delivery within East Malaysia will take approximately 10 - 15 working days.
  • International delivery can take up to 30 business days depending on location.

For Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only):

  • All orders placed before 3PM on Monday to Friday will be processed and delivered by Lalamove/ Grab on the same day before 7PM.
  • Orders after 3PM will be delivered on the next working day.

For Next-Day Delivery (Singapore & Bangkok only):

  • All orders placed before 11AM will be processed and delivered on the next working day.
  • Orders after 11AM will be processed on the following working day.

Working days: Monday - Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays. Orders placed during Public Holiday/ Weekends will be processed on the next working day.
