*** Customer must sign up for every single purchase only can entitle Celovis Lifetime Warranty 
每次購買,顧客都必須先填寫以下資料才有資格使用我們的永久保修服務

(1) For case of manufacturer defect,wrong item sent and size issues, you have (7) calendar days to return and exchange from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
(1) 對於物品損壞,錯誤包裹發送和尺寸問題,自收貨日起您有7天的時間可以退貨和換款。前提是您的物品必須是未使用的,並且處於與收到時的狀態相同才有資格退還。您的物品必須有原包裝並有收據/訂單號以作為購買證明。

(2) Celovis Lifetime Warranty is just to guarantee our Titanium Jewellery series will not turn rusty & black. 
(2) Celovis永久保修僅保證我們的鈦鋼首飾系列不會生鏽和變黑

(3) If the jewelry is claimed as defect after (7) calendar days from the date received, we will consider it as human-caused defect so we won't bear this loss. Customer could add on RM50 (uncompulsory) to get a new design instead of free exchange/repair service.
(3) 若您的物品在收到7天后才來反饋有損壞/瑕疵,我們將不受理並考慮為人為損壞,我們不會承擔這份損失。您可補款RM50換新的設計。

(4) Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs or you could visit our retail/office. Unless it's seller's problem (defect item sent, wrong item sent..), then the shipping fees will be paid by seller. 
(4)  除非是賣家問題,否則我們將不負責郵費。顧客須自費或者來到我們的店面退還。
