  Joining is simple just create a Celovis account, fill in your details and you’ll automatically become a member and start earning rewards.

• How do I earn points?

  You’ll earn points with every purchase on Celovis. You can also earn bonus points during birthday month and selected campaigns.

• How do I redeem my points?

  Your points can be redeemed for reward vouchers directly at checkout. Simply select your available reward before completing your purchase.

• What rewards can I redeem?

  You can redeem rewards such as vouchers, birthday gifts and more.

• Do my points expire?

  Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. We’ll also send reminders before your points expire so you don’t miss out.

• What are the Celovis Loyalty Program tiers?

  Our loyalty tiers are: Silver, Titanium and Diamond. Each tier unlocks more rewards and exclusive perks.

• How do I upgrade my loyalty tier?

  Your loyalty tier is based on your total spending with Celovis: Titanium: Spend RM500, Diamond: Spend RM1000. The more you shop, the more you unlock.

• How do I maintain as a Titanium or Diamond member?

  Spend at least RM500 in 12 months to maintain or upgrade your status as a Titanium or Diamond member.

• How does the referral program work?

  Invite a friend to Celovis and you’ll both enjoy RM25 off. Your friend receives RM25 off their first purchase, and you’ll receive RM25 off once they complete their order.

  In most cases, rewards can be used together with ongoing promotions. However, selected campaigns or items may have separate terms and conditions.

• Can I combine multiple rewards in one order?

  Typically, only one reward voucher can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

• What happens if I return or cancel my order?

  If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be adjusted accordingly. Please let us know if the points are not reflected.
