You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly contact us via phone call or WhatsApp to schedule an appointment prior to your visit. Address & working hours are as below:

Can I pick up my website order at any Celovis retail stores?
Retail stores of Celovis are not available for website pick up due to shop policies.
Shipping
What are my shipping options?
- Standard Shipping (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok only)
- Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only)
- International Shipping (Rest of the world)
How long does delivery take?
For Standard Shipping/ International Shipping:
- Delivery to West Malaysia will take approximately 1 - 5 working days.
- Delivery to East Malaysia will take approximately 2 - 8 working days.
- Delivery to Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong will take approximately 1 - 5 working days.
- International shipping to the rest of the world can take up to 30 business days depending on location.
For Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only):
- All orders placed before 3PM on Monday to Friday will be processed and delivered by Lalamove/ Grab on the same day before 7PM.
- Orders after 3PM will be delivered on the next working day.
Working days: Monday - Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays. Orders placed during Public Holiday/ Weekends will be processed on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping/ International Shipping: An email that includes a tracking link will be sent to you after the order is processed.
For Same-Day Delivery: A text message will be sent to the recipient's phone number (no parcel info included) once the order is processed and ready to send out.
What are the shipping rates?
Malaysia:
- Standard shipping is available at RM10 for order value below RM99.
- Free standard shipping is available with minimum spend of RM99 for all Malaysia deliveries.
- Same-day delivery is chargeable starting from RM10 depending on delivery location.
Other Countries:
Standard Shipping & International Shipping are chargeable depending on the destination country, subject to local duties and tariffs. please refer to the following.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges MUST be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

For Malaysia shipments: DHL-e / Poslaju
For Singapore & Hong Kong shipments: Teleport/ SF Express
Other countries: SF Express/ Pgeon/ Flash
How can I update my order after it's been placed?
We process all orders within 2 working days or even quicker, changing an order after it's been placed may not be possible if it has already been processed.
You may contact us via Facebook Messenger for the quickest reply to check if your order can still be updated. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need. However, if orders are processed, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
Yes, if the parcel was not delivered to the recipient due to failed delivery attempts and has returned to the sender, a second delivery fee will be charged by the logistics partners. Note that the fee of re-delivery is to be paid by the recipient.
