Backorder Terms & Conditions
If backorder items alongside a ready stock item were purchased, the ready stock item will be sent in advance. The backorder item will be sent on a separate parcel once the stock arrives. (Except international orders, in which the ready stock will be sent together once backorder arrives)
Please take note that:
- All backorders placed are strictly not cancellable/refundable.
- Occasionally, we are not able to control any external factors on the shipment delayed as our product is manufactured outside Malaysia. In any cases, that our backorder product is cancelled, full cash/ issue gift card refund will be given.
- If you have ordered multiple backorders in a single order, the order will be sent out once all backorder items are arrived.
