Designed for effortless care at home, it helps your jewellery stay radiant, just like the moments you wear it.

How to Use

1. Place your jewellery in the dip tray and fully submerge it in the cleaning solution for up to 2 minutes.
2. Gently brush to remove any residue or buildup.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
4. Pat dry using the jewellery cloth.

For sterling silver jewellery only

• Use the polishing cloth to restore shine.
• Do not use the polishing cloth on titanium, stainless steel or plated jewellery, as it may damage the coating.

Cleaning solution ingredients

• Purified Water, Vegetable Extracts, Sodium Citrate, Plant-Based Cleanser (APG), Disodium EDTA, Mineral Salt, Soybean Extracts

Important Notes

• This solution effectively removes dirt, oil, and surface dullness.
• It does not restore colour on heavily tarnished or discoloured pieces.
• For delicate or special materials, we recommend testing on a small area first.

• Best used within 12 months after opening

Safety & Care

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure.

If contact occurs

• Skin: Wash gently with soap and water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do so. Continue rinsing and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• If swallowed: Seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

For Standard Shipping/ International Shipping: 

• Delivery to West Malaysia will take approximately 1 - 5 working days.
• Delivery to East Malaysia will take approximately 2 - 8 working days.
• Delivery to Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong will take approximately 1 - 5 working days.
• International shipping to the rest of the world can take up to 30 business days depending on location.

For Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley Only):

• All orders placed before 3PM on Monday to Friday will be processed and delivered by Lalamove/ Grab on the same day before 7PM.
• Orders after 3PM will be delivered on the next working day.

Working days: Monday - Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays. Orders placed during Public Holiday/ Weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Return and Exchange
