1.交货需要多长时间？
免费送货：订单从我们的仓库发货后，西马境内送货需要 7-10 个工作日，东马需要 10-15 个工作日，国际送货需要 20-30 个工作日。
当天配送：周一至周五中午 12 点之前下的所有订单将由 Lalamove/Grab 在当天晚上 7 点之前处理并配送。
2.我如何追踪我的订单？
对于免费送货：创建包裹订单后，EasyParcel 将向您发送一封包含跟踪链接的电子邮件，客户有责任在收到跟踪电子邮件后检查包裹的状态。
对于当日送达：一旦订单处理完毕并准备好寄出，一条短信将发送到收件人的电话号码（不包括包裹信息）。
3.运费是多少？
所有订单均可免费送货，所有马来西亚和新加坡送货均无最低消费要求。
当天送货费用为 RM11 - RM25，具体取决于送货地点。
国际运费根据目的地国家/地区收费从 RM50 - RM150 不等。
4. 我的包裹会被收取海关和进口费用吗？
包裹到达目的地国家/地区后，将收取任何关税或进口税。这些费用必须由包裹的收件人支付。不幸的是，我们无法控制这些费用，也无法告诉您费用是多少，因为各个国家的海关政策和进口关税差异很大。
5.您使用哪家快递？
对于马来西亚发货：DHL-e / Poslaju
对于新加坡货件：Aramex / Janio
其他无法使用的快递：Pgeon、Flash、顺丰、
6. 下单后如何更改？
我们会在 2 个工作日内处理所有订单，甚至更快，如果订单已在我们的系统中处理过，则下单后可能无法更改订单。
您可以通过 FB Messenger/ Instagram 联系我们以获得最快的回复，以检查您的订单是否仍然可以更改。我们将始终尽力确保您得到您需要的东西。但是，如果订单由我们的仓库团队处理，那么不幸的是，我们将无法修改该订单。
退款、退货和换货
请注意，以下仅说明符合退/换货条件的原因：
(1) 尺寸不正确 - 仅限不同尺寸方案的戒指和手镯
(2) 发送的物品有误
(3) 制造商缺陷项目
自您收到产品之日起，您有 [7] 个日历日的时间对制造商有缺陷的商品和/或错误发送的商品进行退货/换货。
出于卫生原因，我们不提供耳环的退货或换货服务，除非收到时有缺陷。
如果有缺陷的物品仍被持有且在收到之日起 [7] 天后仍未归还，则将被视为人为缺陷。
物品必须退回 Celovis 总部进行检查，并根据珠宝的缺陷状况和/或维修程序收取额外费用（退货和/或更换费用）。
如果您希望在 7 天内换货，您的商品必须与您首次收到商品时的状况相同。
每件申请退换货的商品都需要有购买凭证（Celovis正式收据、电子发票等）
雕刻物品不可更换且不可退款。
我们仅接受缺货时更换相同产品的尺寸和颜色。
退货和重新发货的运输
除非问题是由卖家引起的（商品发送错误或制造商缺陷），否则顾客将自行承担退货或换货的运费。
