1. When will I receive my parcel?
 We will process and ship out your order within 2-3 working days once order is confirmed and if stock is ready.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days within Malaysia areas.

 2. Do you provide gift-wrapping?
All our jewellery comes with a premium giftbox and you can request for a paper bag when you place order.
*Kindly place the request in the remarks column in your cart. Receive it in a ready-to-be-gifted condition!

 3. Does Celovis provide Same-day delivery services?
Yes we do!
Same-day delivery is available from Monday - Friday (exclude Public Holidays) for all orders placed before 12PM.
Kindly select the Same-day delivery option at the checkout section to get this service.
*Available for selected Klang Valley areas only.

Shopping the first time from Celovis?
Don't worry, here's a guide on how to make a purchase on celovis.com! It takes just a few minutes!

1) Select your product
Choose a product that your recipient (or yourself) will love. You can shop by budget, color preferences, product type.

2) Customise your product
Make your jewellery unique by selecting the color, adding a message card & engraving details (where applicable). Add to cart once all details are filled up, add as many jewellery as you wish.

3) Checkout
Check your order summary and fill up all the required details in the checkout page.
 Click "Complete Order" to proceed to make payment.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll be sent to the Thank You page.
You'll also receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
Remember to check your order details in the email in case you forgot anything.

5) All done!
Now that you have completed your purchase, you just have to wait for our parcel to arrive at your doorstep!
