1. When will I receive my parcel?
We will process and ship out your order within 2-3 working days once order is confirmed and if stock is ready.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days within Malaysia areas.
2. Who will be sending my parcel?
All parcels processed from celovis.com will be distributed to DHLec for Malaysia addresses.
Certain areas that are not covered under DHLec's services will be distributed to Poslaju services (eg: Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan etc)
For orders sending out of Malaysia will be distributed to couriers services available (eg: T&T, Aramex, Janio, Shunfeng etc)
You will receive an email from EasyParcel once your order is processed and details of your parcel will be shown in the email.
2. Do you provide gift-wrapping?
All our jewellery comes with a premium giftbox and you can request for a paper bag when you place order.
*Kindly place the request in the remarks column in your cart. (eg: Paper Bag x1)

4. Does Celovis provide Same-day delivery services?
Yes we do!
Same-day delivery is available from Monday - Friday (exclude Public Holidays) for all orders placed before 12PM.
